NPS to OPS 2024 :सरकारी कर्मचारियों की पुरानी पेंशन बहाल, आ गया आदेश केंद्रीय और राज्य कर्मचारी बहुत लम्बे समय से पुरानी पेंशन लागू करने के लिए आंदोलित है। आपको जैसे की मालूम है कि 2004 के बाद नियुक्त होने वाले केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों तथा राज्य कर्मचारियों की पुरानी पेंशन बंद करके उसके बदले NPS जैसी व्यवस्था लागू की गयी थी। जो PFRDA द्वारा नामित संथा में कर्मचारी का 10 % तथा नियोक्ता का 14 % (संसोधित ) निवेश किया जाता है
आज दिनांक 16 /02 /2024 OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER OF DEFENCE ACCOUNTS 10-A S.K BOSE ROAD KOLKATA 70001 द्वारा एक IMPORTANT CIRCULAR द्वारा THE DGO (C&S) KOLKATA OFFICE OF DIRECTORATE OF ORDNANCE (C&S) AYUDHA BHAVAN 10-A S.K BOSE ROAD KOLKATA 70001 को पत्र के माध्यम से विषय : Coverage Under CCS (PENSION) Rules in place of NPS of those Central Government Employees Who are Recruited Against the Post/ Vacancies Advertised/Notified For Recruitment on or before 12/12/2003
आर्डर में लिखा है
“with reference to the provisions contained in DoP&PW OM dated 03/03/2023 regarding Conversion NPS to OPS are those Central Government Employees who were Recruited against the Post/ Vacancies Advertised/Notified For Recruitment on or before 12/12/2003 were Received in this Office form all The DPSUs and Allied Organizations and accordingly this office had already been allotted new GPF Number, However , due to same ambiguity regarding the interpretation of the provisions of the said OM, the matter was forwarded to competent authorities for clarification. after Receiving clarifications form the competent authority, it is decided by this office that new GPF which were allotted earlier which request to NPS to OPS may please treated as correct GPF subscriptions of all the cases me be deducted accordingly. rest of the cases are under process and will be cleared shortly. ”
